You get the whole job quoted up front. Then I come to the house, or work from your photos for one or two pieces, and document everything in scope.
Report
A signed report prepared to USPAP standards, with values, comparables and photographs, in the format your attorney, insurer, CPA or adjuster expects.

How much does a personal property appraisal cost in Phoenix?
Every appraisal is quoted up front, because a single painting and a full estate are different jobs. Call (480) 618-7862 or send photos and Josh will quote the whole job before any work starts. The fee is never a percentage of the value.
What does an appraisal prepared to USPAP standards mean?
USPAP, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, is the national standard for appraisal method and ethics in the United States. Josh Levine's reports follow it, which is what insurers, courts, attorneys and the IRS expect for estate, insurance, donation and litigation appraisals.
